Privacy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how EasyPerformer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the EasyPerformer mobile application, our website, and related products and services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Who we are

The data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with the Services is EasyPerformer. For any privacy related questions, you can reach us at info@easyperformer.com.

Information we collect

Account information (optional).
Creating an account is voluntary. If you choose to register, we ask for your email address so we can identify your account and communicate with you about account related matters (such as sign in, security, and purchase recovery). You may optionally provide your name; this is not required. Your account is used to store your purchases and a limited set of app preferences so they can be restored across devices or after reinstalling the app. We do not use your account for unrelated profiling, and we do not require an account for all functionality of the app where local use is sufficient.

Please note that if you make a purchase through our website without an existing account, a basic account record is automatically created using the email address provided at checkout. This is necessary to deliver your purchase and give you access to it. You can manage or delete this account at any time as described in the "Your rights and account deletion" section below.

Purchases and preferences.
When you are signed in, we process information needed to record what you have purchased and to save preferences you choose to associate with your account. This is limited to what is necessary to provide those features.

Technical and usage data.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, approximate number of users and purchases) for internal reporting and product improvement. Google may process device type, operating system, general location derived from IP, and similar technical data according to its own terms. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.

Meta (Facebook) SDK.
We integrate the Meta SDK to measure advertising performance and to deliver and optimize relevant campaigns. The SDK may process device identifiers, app version, OS information, and in-app events (such as installs, opens, and purchases). We do not share your account email or name with Meta for this purpose. Processing by Meta is governed by Meta's privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings and through your Meta ad preferences.

Local storage on your device.
The app may keep files, settings, or cached content on your device to improve performance and usability. Some of that information may also be stored in your account on our systems when you use account features, as described above.

Communications.
If you contact us (for example by email), we process the content of your message and the contact details you provide to respond and to handle your request. We retain support communications for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted.

How we use your information and legal bases

We use personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under applicable law (including the UK GDPR and GDPR where those apply). The legal bases we rely on are:

  • Performance of a contract: providing the app, your account, purchases, and saved preferences, including creating a basic account where necessary to deliver a website purchase.
  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing, and improving the Services and understanding aggregate usage, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: where required, for example for certain cookies or tracking on the website, where we ask for it.

Retention

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account exists and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations where those apply. Analytics data that is aggregated so it does not identify you may be kept for longer. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our databases in line with the section "Your rights and account deletion" below, except where the law requires us to keep certain records for a limited period.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf (for example hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement). They may only use your data for the purposes we specify and must protect it appropriately. Some providers are located outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by regulators) for international transfers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Services.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are also responsible for safeguarding access to your device and account credentials.

Cookies and similar technologies

On our website, we or our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and use tools such as Google's analytics opt-out browser add-on. In the app, identifiers used by analytics and advertising SDKs are managed through the app and device settings as described above.

Your rights and account deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of certain processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your country. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Deleting your account.
You can delete your account at any time using the in-app or account settings we provide (or by contacting us if you need assistance). When you delete your account, we remove your personal data associated with that account from our databases, including your email, optional name, purchase records linked to the account, and preference data we store for you. Please note that deleting your account will also remove access to any purchases tied to it. If any minimal records must be retained solely for legal compliance, we will keep only what the law requires and will not use it for other purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@easyperformer.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children's privacy

EasyPerformer is primarily aimed at adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 creates an account, we are unable to verify age at registration, but we encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the Services. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us at info@easyperformer.com and we will take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information and any related account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email to your registered address or via an in-app notice.
