This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through the EasyPerformer website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled by those platforms and are subject to their respective refund policies.
If you purchased a product or feature directly through our website, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.
You can request a refund in two ways. If you have an account, you can request a refund directly from your purchase history in the app or on our website, as long as the purchase is still within the 14-day refund window. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@easyperformer.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of what you bought. We will process your refund promptly, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide a refund outside this window, but we will always try to find a fair solution. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law, including your right to a remedy where a product is not as described or not fit for purpose.
