Videos
EasyPerformer is more than an audio player. Pads can hold video files, ready to play at the tap of a button.
Playing videos
Videos are imported and assigned to pads the same way as audio files. See Importing files to get your videos into the app. Tap the pad and the video plays, with the same controls you use for audio, including trimming and crossfade.
The Video layout
The main screen does not show a video display by default. To get a small video display next to your pads, switch to the Video layout:
- Tap the button with the blue square in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the pop-up, tap Video.
A video display now appears next to your pads. When you tap a pad containing a video, the video is displayed there.
Fullscreen and external displays
Videos are also displayed in fullscreen when you tap the fullscreen button, and on a connected external display, for example a projector facing the audience.
If a pad also contains lyrics or visuals, the Display Preview option decides what takes priority on screen.
